Great organizations demand extraordinary efforts.

Extraordinary efforts come from individual work ethic.

And a strong work ethic is disruptive. It can be personally inconveniencing. It can be chaotic in other spheres of life.

But it’s necessary to be great. It’s needed to bring people together, to rally around a cause.

Don’t compromise for it. Don’t apologize for it. Don’t stop demanding it.

If you build a team that is passionate about the organization’s goals, they won’t either.
